    Country or interstate patients may be eligible for travel and accommodation reimbursements under various assistance schemes.Ìý

    Please ensure you bring a copy of the travel form to your appointment as they often require a doctor’s signature and provider number. Copies of the forms can also be found at each reception desk within Specialist clinics.

    Your RCH medical record at your fingertips.

    My RCH portal gives patients and families easy access to the information in the RCH medical record.

    Key features include:

    • Update information about medication your child is taking, allergies or other health problems you want to flag with your child's doctorÌý
    • Request, confirm or cancel upcoming hospital appointments
    • See your schedule of upcoming appointments
    • See which medications your child has been prescribed and instructions for taking them
    • See most test and imaging results (eight days after a final result has been determined)
    • Read some of the notes taken by your doctor in appointments
    • View your child's care plans
